Many Younger Employees Are Viewing Today’s Working World As Unhealthy

Here’s an article from today’s New York Post ( link: Burned-out millennials are quitting lucrative jobs) that is intriguing.  If even half of what they describe is true, employers better start re-thinking what they ask employees to give up in terms of work-life balance.  Otherwise, they risk a shrinking pool of prospective talent.
